I gave up on my local honda dealer and made an appointment a the honda
dealer that is farther from my home.  they said they would shuttle me to
work and I will find a ride back there at the end of the day.  I have asked
them to work on the civic horns that the other dealer screwed up.  they have
a body shop, so I asked them to adjust the hood latch too.

To put a postive spin on this, at least they open at 7am am and they have
saturday hours too!

Wow, this new Honda delaer is so much nicer than the other Honda dealer I
used to go to.
No pressure, a very happy atmosphere.  They even take American Express and
have a shuttle service to get me to work!

I might even have them do my timing belt on my 03 Pilot when it is time - is
105,000 miles U.S. still the norm?  Once I get more service done with them,
and build a relationship, I might even buy my next Honda from them.
