I wanted to know2 if I found some older factory 4 lug wheels will they fit
a 4 lug 1990 accord? older or newer I just want some aluminum factory
wheels instead of crappy steel wheels and hubs. prefer the 14" since the
tires I have are and are newer

be careful cuz some accords are 110mm center and some are 100mm centers
(different distances between lug nuts).

could be wrong, but i think the accord/prelude use 110, and the civic is
100.

Starting in 1990 the Accord wheel bolt pattern changed to 4 on 115mm.
You also want to measure the center hole of the wheel.
