Can you please reproduce the description of the symptoms?
It's hard to remember who said what here.

Ok, I've got a 94 accord. The motor runs fine when i just turn it on.
But then the idle starts jumping around. When im on the gas it does
fine but as soon as i let off the gas it starts to sputter. Brakes are
a lil less than usual. When im at a stop it almost dies but never
actually does. i have changed the plugs, wires', and checked for vac
leak, i also clean the iac, but still have the same problem

has a chart for troubleshooting idle problems. It seems to
point to the EACV, which brings us to some checks of the
EACV:

Are the plugs, wires, and distributor cap and rotor OEM?
Have you thoroughly purged the cooling system of air? If you
follow the manual's steps, understand that it may take 40
minutes or more for the fan to come on twice. Especially if
you've broken cooling lines such as those that go to the
EACV. That introduces air.
Do your symptoms occur when the engine is cold, just started
up? Or only after warm up?
Report back with what you find...
