The wipers chatter (or skip/stutter) on *wet* windshield. These are the OEM
blades, 1 yr old.

Dirty windshield (looks clean)?
Worn blades (after only a year)?
Spring tension on wiper arms?

All ideas welcome.

OEM are good, and relatively cheap. They are a year old, so just replace
them.

Consumer Reports says blades only last 6 months.  Who knew?

I bought new OEM blades for my '93 Accord last March and removed them in
November (to put on winter blades).  8 months and no chatter when I removed
them.  I think they'll be good for a few more years.
