I have a '99 Accord and I need some info on adjusting the throttle cable. The cable has some slack in it which causes the car to lurch from a stand still. Thanks! > > Michael ---------------------------------------- Lock nut is right beside where the slack is. Back it off, snug up the other nut a few turns, then re-snug the lock nut. Leave a bit of droop in the cable because it will tighten in extreme cold weather. That would be dangerous. 'Curly" |
