my daughter has a 1991 civic and the brake lites stay on all the time. i
figure a brake lite switch. can anyone tell me the color codes and
purposes of the wiring going to/from the brake lite switch? or a wiring
diagram would be great.

thanx

Check that the switch (or its rubber bumper) isn't dislodged first. It
takes only a very tiny pedal movement to make the brake lights come on.
