Since you are NOT a mechanic, you should consider taking your car to a
mechanic and having him or her check the condition of the cooling system.
You failed to include the former posts related to your problem.
I believe that the following trouble code was displayed:
P0117 Engine coolant terperature circuit, low input
What steps have you taken to make sure the cooling system is in working order?
Is the radiator filled to the rim? (Don't remove the cap unless the engine
is cold).
Are there any leaks related to the radiator, all hoses, etc.
If you plan to do the work yourself, visit a auto store such as NAPA
and purchase a repair manual for your vehicle and read the sections
related to the cooling system.

I bet the sensor is in the radiator or somewhere else where it was
damaged in the crash. Either that or it wasn't reconnected after the
repair or they damaged the sensor or wire during the repair. If you
can find the sensor, a visual inspection and wiggling any connectors
may be sufficient to identify or solve the problem.
