Hey guys,

a buddy of mine owns a shop in Conroe....  we are trying to figure out
what we can do about this situation.. the car has been there atleast 5
months...  Constables office says its an Abandoned car... told me to call
a wrecker company and theyll help me figure it out... Well we waqnna
contact him, he wont answer his phone.... he doesnt have an address ofr us
to send him the information....  what can we do about getting this
title?????
