mystery about my 06 Accord V6--will not start with no sign of failure

Got my 06 Accord V6 EX on March-14, it refused to start right after we drove
25miles back from dealer lot.

Someone recommended the "flood" way described in manual, and it worked.

At end of April, the car did the same thing again.  We tried the same
solution but it did not work that time.  So, the less than two months new
car was towed to a local Honda dealer.  The dealer could not find any
problem except reported that it seems flooded--too much gas on ignition.  It
seems that my flood way did make the ignition wet and it left the only sign
of not starting. Computer scan can not find anything wrong!

Still a mystery, why my 06 refused to start occasionally.  Yes, it is under
warranty but I lost confidence on this 06.  I will not drive it more than
20miles from home in case it needs towing again.

The tow truck guy said he had seen "many" new Accord having similar
symptoms.  The dealer asked if I drove only a few feet (say from garage to
driveway) because he saw the same problem on some cars and they all pointed
to that common possible reason.  Well, my case is definitely different.  One
tome drove 3 miles non-stop, the second time drove 7 to 8 miles.
No sign of failure before it happened, engine ran smoothly and powerful.  No
idea and never expected it will refuse to start while it was running great
just few minutes/one hour ago...
The battery/starter is strong, ignore the possible failure coming from that
part.

Any idea, anyone experienced similar problem here?

Bought a 2006 I4 coupe a month ago, but have experienced no problems at all.
The 06 Accord has several new features, such as a by wire throttle.  I
suspect this may be an intermittent computer problem, perhaps connected to
this.  The manual does refer to difficult starting and gives a procedure in
the event that occurs, but I have not had that problem -- yet.  Be
interesting to see the resolution on this.

Maybe you'll find something that relates in this document:

Are you being very careful to heed the warnings about the immobilizer,
like using the key by itself (if possible) and observe the icon on the
dash, which shows whether your immobilizer is having trouble 'reading'
the key? Have you tried the OTHER key when it won't start?

Also, do you wait until the lamp check is finished, or do you just flip
the key on and try to start it?

Both were master keys  used in those two failures in starting, not even
valet key.
Thank you for pointing out the programmed key issue, I will make sure my
wife only used the key itself if the problem seen again.

Yes, it is my wife's commuting car and she likes to hang ALL the stuff in
the key chain.  What can I say!!?
Yes, very likely she tried to start RIGHT AWAY like most of "busy/impatient"
American housewife.

She just claimed that she heard high pitch sound at starting the engine
several times.  And she is more patient now after two lessons.  Now she
turns the key waits few seconds before cranking.  So far OK and she does not
hear that high pitch noise ever...
