I hava a 1997 civic coupe ex, i put some h&r springs with kyb shocks.
ever since ive been getting alot of noise from the back of the car.
mechanic told me the trailing arm bushings needed to be replaced, i
bought a pair of trailing arms, brand new from honda, but with the new
bushings i'm still getting all the squeeking and noise from the rear
when i go over bumbs and what not.

When the new springs were put on, was there a rubber donut that got left
off? Better check.
Were any of the rear bushings replaced with urethane ones?
OEM bushings don't squeak. Bring those new trailing arms back to the
dealer. You don't need them unless the ones on the car now are urethane.

i cant remember if there was a rubber donut, but i'm pretty sure that
its not on the car now. does that rubber donut go on the bottom of the
springs? i didnt change the bushings but rather the entire trailing arm.

Top, actually. It prevents...squeaks.
