How do i remove the passenger seat? i'm trying to slide it off the

i would like to refrain from unbolting the posts for safety concerns.

That's how they come off. Two bolts in the front, two in the rear.

Check under the seat for curled floor mats, toys, and other debris that may
bind the seat rails.

Don't disconnect anything to do with the airbag system (seat sensors, side
airbag (in seat), seat belt electrical connectors etc. without
disconnecting the battery for three minutes or the SRS (airbag computer)
may set a trouble code if you forget and turn on the ignition.
$$$ trip to dealer to reset SRS  trouble codes
Worst case, set off an airbag, major $$.
Sure is a shame you have to deal with a computer just to change out a
seat, isn't it!
Get a manual or some qualified help
 Good luck
