Hi,

I broke my driver's side tail light (Outer light) while parking. I
bought the OEM parts for replacement. However, I could not pull the
broken tail light out of the car. Any advice is appreciate it!

This is what I did.
(1) I unscrewed the 3 nuts

(2) I went undneath the bumper to unscrew the bolt holding the
taillight.

Thanks

According to the Helms manual, there should be a plastic (or metal?)
holder through which that screw (according to the figure it is a screw,
not a bolt) holds the tail light from below. On either side should be
two bolts. Try removing them, and taking off that plastic/metal clip
thing as well. The diagram in Helms manual indicates 3 bolts from
inside the trunk, and 1 screw and 2 bolts from below (between the
bumper and light).
Hope this helps.
