For those who hang around at the Club SI board, anyone know
what is going on?

Looks like the domain name expired and the cybersquatters
wasted no time snarfing the name up.  Too bad as I got a
lot of info there.

Hmm I get an "under construction" by a so-called
"Network" solutions, same thing I got this morning.

It's there for me too!

Perhaps your browser has cached the page you saw while some
maintenance was being performed.

Hold down the <Ctrl> key or the <Shift> key while you click 'Refresh'.

Well John, you probably know that I use 'Quotefix' for OE and I reloaded
it.[1]
I guess that some element wasn't working properly. Possibly the character
set setting.

[1] I used Uninstall first from Add/Remove programmes in Control Panel.
