My Honda dealer just replaced a cambelt in my Honda Accord 1.8 Vreg.
Everything was fine until I started hearing a whine after done 300
miles since this sservice.
The service said, that it is typical and it's nothing to worry about,
but I let them to do the replacement one more time as a part of
guaranty.
Is it a problem of wrong adjustment of the belt they did ??
I hope you came accross this problem as well.

it's nothing for /them/ to worry about because they get to sell you
thousands of dollars of new valve gear when the belt snaps.

yes. belt adjusted too tight.

take it back and keep taking it back until they do it right. call
customer service at honda usa if you don't get satisfaction.
alternatively, find a different dealer or independent repair shop.
excess belt tension can lead to sudden failure, and that's expensive.

If it sings like a harmonica, it's too tight. Yours sounds too loose
which is worse, judging by your description, since it can jump teeth
right away and shred your engine.
Tight belt may snap or wear out water pump and idler bearing.
You need to provide a better description of the sound . . .

The noise only raise when the engine is cold, the noise sound
clanking, like something knocks(or raps) the metallic cambelt cover
sharp and hard but not resonant,if I speed up the engine, the knock
getting more quick with the speed changes, but after engine runs for
or 2 minutes and getting hot, the noise gone
If I start the engine when it hot, the engine sounds OK

That's piston slap. Don't worry about it.

The valve cover will have to be removed. The crankshaft is then slightly
turned by hand (with a socket on the pulley) to put all the slack on one
side. If there's NO slack, then it's too tight.
If there's *too much* slack, there will be obvious evidence on the
underside of the valve cover, assuming a DOHC; SOHC will slap the timing
belt cover. Either way, all the writing will have been scuffed off the belt
and there may be powder everywhere.
A too-tight belt normally whines/whirs all the time, not just when cold. I
wonder if you're just suddenly aware of a sound that was already there
beforehand.
