what's the question???  can it be done?  yes.  can if be done legally?
depends on which state you're in.  can it be done easily?  that depends
on your skill level.  google, 'ees yor fren'.

if you're replacing a d16 with a jdm d16 of the same series, there's
nothing much different.  if otoh you're replacing with a different
series engine, you have compatibility issues to iron out, but it's all
been done before and is widely documented on the net.  jdm itself is not
an issue unless it's a motor not available here, but even then,
practically every swap combo you can imagine has been done before and
you'll fine write-ups on what to do on the net easily enough.

i would be converting from a D16 to a B16 I am unable to really find a good
source on the net that answers any questions. i know that I will need new
motor mounts ecu wiring harness and transmission, and axles. But is there
anything else I may need? What conversions would have to be done. I dont
want to order this motor and be screwed. thanks again
