98 Accord DRL retrofit/adaptation????

1998 Accord EX V6 Coupe:

So, how do I fit my US Accord for DRL's?  And, yes, I searched the
archives...uh, briefly :-)  Be nice.

On my '01, the headlights shut off automatically about a minute after
leaving the vehicle and shutting the doors.  So I just leave my headlight
switch in the ON position at all times.
