On my Honda '86 CRX how do I go about pulling the horn button off? A spring or some other device under the horn button has changed so that the horn wants to stay on. Pj need to disassemble the steering wheel assembly. look at one of the online parts catalogs for an exploded diagram - that should show you what to do.
