91 civic 1.5 low-end bog

i have no idea what it is. after i run it for awhile it seems to get
better but still has a bog when you hit the gas i have no idea how to
fix the problem... any suggestions?

When was the last tuneup done on this 91 Civic? Were OEM
parts used?

How many miles on it?

Make sure all the items discussed at
http://home.earthlink.net/~honda.lioness/id11.html have been
done recently.

Amazing how sometimes all that's needed is a new set of
plugs or new ignition wires.
