That whole center section comes out, including the two vents. It's
probably a loose/ corroded connector, or a bad solder joint on the
clock. Use a putty knife wrapped in electrical tape on the bottom edge,
pull out and top edge releases last. The CR-V clock is luminescent, so
it's _not_ the light bulb giving trouble. :-)

Hi,
Thanks. Removed clock module and found cold solder joint on one of
surface mount big resistor(590 Ohm partly under the display chip).
Resolder, put everything back together, all is A-OK.
