Accord 98 headlight (high beam) not working.

c'mon dude, you sound like you want someone to show up at your house,
fix the car and detail it as well.  find the freakin' owners manual and
check out the sections on fuses and bulb replacement.

You need to replace the bulb. Do you have an Owner's Manual? It tells how
to do that.

Have you replaced the bulb?  If no, I would suggest changing both of them.
This will likely solve your issue, and cost you less than $20.

They cannot be fixed.  Drive the car into a wall and write it off and get your
insurance to replace it.
