seat belt wiring

91 accord , seatbelt mechanism quit working seems stuck.  is there a
way to bypass the wiring or to cut a wire or pull a fuse to get the
beeping to stop????

Honda warrants seatbelts in the USA for the life of the car.
Try a dealer first.

I Checked with the local honda dealer and for all you guys with any
honda seatbelt problems,  honda DOES have a lifetime seatbelt warranty.
