I am hoping that someone can help here despite this not being a "true"
honda vehicle.

My automatic seat belt on the drivers side on my 1990 Acura Integra
decided to stop working. It's stuck back in the restrained position
which is FINE - I can live with this. What I cannot live with is the
BEEPING that the car does all the time now when I drive (the light also
blinks but I can deal with that). I was told by a mechanic that there
is a wire that controls this alarm. Does anyone know where this wire is
and what it looks like so I may rip apart the car and cut it? This
mechanic said that since the alarm is a safety precaution he cannot
actually do any modifications to it himself. I'm willing to do whatever
I have to to make it stop beeping. Can anyone help me?

Take it to the dealer and have it fixed.  The seatbelt has a lifetime
warranty.  It won't cost you anything, and you'll maintain the proper
safety tools in your car.

HONDA DOES HAVE A LIFETIME SEATBELT WARRANTY.  TAKE IT TO YOUR LOCAL
DEALER
