my question is what would be easier, a timing gun or a pressure guage and
how do i use a timing gun or what psi must the guage be for the #1 piston
to be in time, for my 03' civic si hb vtec? i know to line the timing
marks on the sprockets, i was just wondering if it would be easier with
the tools and how would i operate them?

The first question is what are you trying to do with the tools that
you listed. Do you have a problem or are you just trying to see how
things work. Some more infomation is needed before any help can be
provided.
