Many new Honda makes have VTi-S.
What does VTi-S means?

Measn the car has a CVT ("Continuously Variable Transmission") and fuel
injection.
VT = the gearbox
i = injection

The "S" indicates  the "sport" trim level.

but what does "sport trim level" means?

It's just Honda marketing-speak to differentiate it from the "L" (luxury)
trim level.
