91 accord, auto seatbelts...
took car to the dealer to get seatbelts fixed, and they ordered a new
track and motor. Installed successfully, but the problem was not
fixed.  is there an actuator or switch on the door latch that signals
the computer that the door is ajar when its actually closed, which in
turn tells the seatbelt not to engage???
By the way, the box to disconnect that annoying beeping on a 91 lx is
under the pass seat. seatbelts dont work, but you keep your sanity!!!

Yes. It's on the door frame. Same L-shaped switch that controls the dome
light. Does your dome light work when you open the door?
