I hope they didn't hook it up to a machine that 'flushes' the fluid.
It's supposed to just be drained and filled. SEARCH this NG for dozens
of such posts. I't called transmission _fluid_ by the way.

You forgot to finish telling us about the TCS light. You need to tell us
the CODE for the engine light too. You paid for it.

I'm confused. Do you have a TCS light or an engine light? If its the TCS
light, just push the TCS button and turn TCS back on. If you have TCS and
ABS lights, then an ABS sensor is a legitimate possible solution to the
problem. If you have an engine light, then I don't understand why they are
messing with the transmission. The transmission computer on that car
signals problems by flashing the the "D3" light (or, as you have found by
experience, by simply not working right).
Are these both Acura dealers? The 2000 TL had at least one transmission
recall, and the transmission warranty was extended to 100,000 miles. It
sounds like they toasted your transmission. If the car has less then
100,000 miles, you should be able to stimulate one of these dealers to do
the right thing.
