1986 honda crx si

my car is completly rebuilt all new everything.  i use to live in a town
that was low in elevation. i now moved and the elevation is a lot higher
and my car doesnt run as good.lake of power, doesnt accelart as well, not
as good throtle respose. i know about all the air/fuel mixture things. i
just dont know how to adjust them. my car is fuel injected it has a cold
air intak, header, the intke manifold is ported not polished (ran out of
time)

happens at altitude because there's less air.  only options are to move
back down the hill or turbocharge it.  and with an '86, i don't think
it's worth your time.  the motor's good but it doesn't handle like the
'88's and later.
