I just changed my winter wheels to Excel 18' Model S7 Rims and Federal
Super Steel 59 S Tires 225/40/18 and I noticed loud rolling vehicle
noise. I am wondering if it's a bearing noise or just tires are loud.
Anybody have any experience with that? When driving on winter tires I
didn't hear that much noise (still a little but not that much). At
this moment I don't know if I should replace bearings or just wait
till tires get worn and get a new ones.

18" rims on an accord???  i'd look for rims rubbing on the suspension or
body if i were you.

Suspension is ok. Previous owner lifted the car up a little bit and
that's why smaller rims with lo profile would not look good on this
car.

but bigger diameter rims are also wider [or deeper].  this can cause
clearance issues with the suspension componentry - nothing to do with
the wheel well clearance.  seriously, i'd get that thing on a proper
hoist - one where the weight of the vehicle is supported by the wheels,
and inspect very carefully.  also bear in mind that what /looks/ like it
might be enough gap may change as the suspension moves through its
travel, gets subject to cornering forces, etc.

I checked that and seems to be at least one inch to the closest non-
moving chassis element. That is definitely the tire noise, I think
that might be worn tires noise although tires still have alot of
thread on them or ... alignment ... I also noticed car goes a little
bit to the left when driving 60-70 miles/h.
I'll check the alignment and see what happens

not chassis, suspension.  you have wishbone knuckles front and rear on
that thing.  the rears particularly don't have massive clearance.  gotta
check the moving stuff.
