2004 Element's  Washer Fuse?

I've checked the owners manual regarding both under hood and In-Car
Fuse boxes, and there doesn't seem to be a dedicated Fuse for the
front Winshiled washer pump which isn't working, the back window one's
OK!
Help.

Probe the connector at the pump for 12v when the washer switch is on.  If
you've got power at the connector, then replace the washer pump.  If no
current, then either you missed a fuse, there's a break in the wire or the
switch at the dash is bad.
