What does honda get for labor to do the front disc brakes?

Honda the car manufacturer doesn't do brakes. Honda dealers do and they are
independent businesses and charge whatever they like--- so the cost would
vary by dealer just as it would at a cross section of repair garages or
brake places.

If you mention where you are located., people could give you some estimates
for your area...

Honda doesn't get the money. It goes to the franchisee (dealer).

What model / what country are you interested in?

Not sure why you would take the car to a dealer for something as
simple as brakes.....
