Hi, I have Honda accord dx 91, the blower motor sometimes started to
work and some times no. But if I put my finger into the blower motor
whell and I spin this manually it start to work sometimes a good
velocity sometimes low. Is the problem the resistor or blower motor?
Thanks

since you have it apart, you can put a meter on the resistors and check
for continuity.  otherwise, it's the motor.
