radio codes

I had some service work done one my 92 Accord the other day and today
when I turned on the radio the word "code" showed in the display. I
searched aound and found the plastic card that came with the car and
found the code numbers. Bud what is the procedure to enter these numbers
into the radio?

I don't have the procedure for your car but if you have a users manual it is
in it...

press the preset buttons numbered as per the code.  code "12345" is
entered as preset 1, preset 2, etc.

Thanks for the reply.  I found the plastic card with the code numbers on
it and punched them in , but still the radio doesnt come on. the display
still says "code".  Someone suggested I disconnect the battery lead for
about thirty seconds, reconnect then try the inputing the numbers again.
What do you think?

it should reset itself after a few minutes anyway, but if you want to
disconnect, pull the fuse - the one under the hood.
