2000 Accord EX V6----Using the remote: works OK to lock or unlock the
doors, however, the parking lights no longer flash on and off. Pressing the
Remote lock function a second time no longer causes the horn to beep and the
lights to flash. I've also noticed the the security light (on driver's
door) no longer blinks so I assume that the alarm isn't set ON either.
Where do I look to track down the cause of the problem?

Neglected to mention that the problem occurs when using either of two
remotes. that's not to say, I guess, that both remote batteries could be
weak.

If the lights don't flash & the horn won't beep, but the doors lock using
the remotes, that is the signal that something did not successfully lock as
far as the system is concerned. First thing check all the doors & make sure
they are actually locked. If they are, then its probably a sensor or wiring
problem in one of the doors.
