The mileage is rather high for the car, but his price could be right for a
private sale.

I just checked Edmunds for my area, and a 2005 Pilot EXL with 35,000 miles is
going for $24-25,000. There are several examples. Of course, this is from
dealers, so YMMV.

Our 2003 Pilot has 67k miles. We decided to keep it rather than trade --
how's 10k sound -- and it is in great shape.
