Seems so. It inserts into the engine block's coolant drain bolt hole
(near the oil filter), so you might have to have it installed by a
professional, though. See

Sure is - had one installed by the dealer when my car was new (2000
Accord 4 cyl). Helps a lot when the temp. is -18C or below; and only
needs to be plugged in for 60 to 90 minutes. Set it up with an
outdoor timer and you're good to go!
