I just purchased a 2000 Accord EX and the driver's side wondow rolled up makes a little wind noise. Can this be adjusted out? May be the window seal. Try putting a small (thin) rag at different spots along the window, close it and see if that makes any difference. If the noise goes away the seal will have to be replaced.
