CRV ABS fault codes ?

I have 1997 CRV with an ABS light on. I was able to
read the codes through ABS service check connector
under the passenger side of the instrument panel
by connecting a jumper wire between the two terminals.
ABS light flashed as follows.

1 Long 5 Shorts (15)
1 Long 7 Shorts (17)
5 Long 4 Shorts (54)

Any soul out there who knows what they mean ?

Hi,
15, right rear wheel sensor(open/short to body ground or short to power)

17, left rear wheel sensor(open/short to body ground or short to power)

54, fail safe relay

I have a 97 crv with the same codes 15,17,54 plus 61.
Some times the ABS light goes out for days and then goes on again.
Must be one thing wrong setting off the other codes.
