Car Forum / Honda Cars / August 2004Buying a CR-V..... any thoughts?
I've done my homework, and it looks like the Honda CR-V is the car for me. Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable dealer in the Philadelphia area? Also, what's the going street price for a 4WD, automatic trans LX model (straight cash deal with no trade-in)? From the info I've pulled off the Internet, it seems the lowest price is around $19,800.00. Thanks for any insight. Marty Just bought the CRV (AX) for the wife on Saturday. We had done our homework prior to. Really seems like a great little CRV.. Out the door (tax/tag/etc.) I paid $23K in the Pensacola area. They did have a LX on the lot and it was sticker price $18,600. I guess they (Honda) is having their clearance sale. Wife will be heading north in over a week and probably put on about 5000K miles. Tell her to drink LOTS of coffee, and stop to use washroom often.... 'Curly' Can't speak for the 04's but my 01 has been great never had to take it back for repairs. Try Keenan Honda in Doylestown, they also give you the extra for example I got 9 free oil changes.
