Does it crank?
Do you get a spark?
How about the igniter?

"Turn over" and "crank" are the same thing.
Once again,do you have a SPARK when the motor is cranked?
You can check the fuel injectors to see if they are spraying out fuel.

how do you check the fuel injectors

Pull the fuel rail and see if the injectors spray when the motor is
cranked.
Buy a Haynes manual($20 USD),there's a procedure in there.

Main relay.
Take 20 minutes, yank it out and resolder it.

Well,he said he replaced the MR.
If so,and re-soldering fixes it,then that would answer another poster here
who advocated replacement over resoldering.(the "known good part" concept)

Fixed my "won't start after baking in the sun all day" problem.

Starts EVERY time now. Yay!

====================

Try turning the key to position II. If you don't hear the fuel pump run
for a couple seconds, smack the dash with your fist, on the left side of
the steering wheel. If you then hear the pump run for a second, try
starting again. If it now starts, and runs, it was (still) your main Relay).
