If you had any idea in how difficult it is, you wouldn't be asking the
group. If you think is easy, just do it.

Plus if you work at a shop you should have a basic idea on what's
required labour wise.
A basic parts list
5 spd transaxle
Maybe CV joints
Shifter (custom mounted)
Clutch pedal assembly
Clutch kit
Manual ECU or maybe professional chipping.
