How to remove headlight bulb (2000 Accord)?

Not quite sure--does the assembly merely twist out, or do I have to
loosen or remove those three silver screws, or .....

If you have the Owners Manual for the car, it will have detailed
instructions for the removal and replacement of the bulb. Other than that,
it should be a simple matter of simply turning the retainer ring in one
direction to allow the release of the bulb.
