hello;

I've got 30k miles on my 2003 crv, and pads on both fronts/rears need
replacement.  Is it common for honda dealer to turn the rotos for both
front/back.

thanks much

no.  it is however very common for dealers to fleece customers with
premature parts replacement & unnecessary work.  get a second opinion.
better yet, sign up for a basic auto shop class at your local community
college so you can learn to do it yourself.  apart from saving yourself
many thousands of dollars over the next few years, it'll also mean
you're not going to get ripped off again.
