I just went to Auto Palace here in Connecticut and saw the new 0-20 weight
Mobil 1 especially formulated for Toyota and Honda.  I tried using the 0-30
but could not get the same mileage as regular 5-20 Honda oil.  Anybody try
it yet?

There is no way you could tell the difference in mileage between the two
oils without some sophisticated test equipment. Driving conditions between
one tank and another are so different that the difference is irrelevant.
Even if you took it on 1000 mile identical trips the differences in weather,
traffic, and driving conditions would be greater than any differences in the
oils....

mobile 1, 0w20 is great stuff.  i use it in my honda civic, and to the
very last day before changing, the engine runs like the oil had just
been changed.  i really notice a difference in the smoothness of the
engine running.
