Have a 2000 Accord with 50k miles and have been using QS 5w-30 since I
bought it.
The Dealer has been trying to get me to switch to Honda 5w-20 for the last
year.
He showed me a chart that said I can use either weight oil in my car.

If you are in a cold-winter area, by all means change to 5w-20, at least for
the winter. If the summers are hot, 5w-30 is a good choice for the summer,
but 5w-20 should be good all the time if the chart says so. Modern cars like
lighter oils than the old iron beasts of yore.
