Please help me read the Haynes civic/crv manual

Well, I'm stumped by another thing in this manual. Teach a man to fish.

Where in this thing do I find instructions for the removal of the clock in
my 99 CRV? It /looks/ like one of those pop-out things, but I'm concerned
about leaving pry marks around it if it isn't.

But more importantly, what section of the manual /should/ this thing be in.
I've scoured every section of the dashboard assembly and body chapter (11).

Perhaps time to "give up" on haynes and just buy the factory man. ?

I can't tell you the specific section but somebody in here on on the
internet should be able to tell you how to remove it.

If you have looked through all the pages and can't find instructions then
obviously it isn't in there. The Haynes manuals are basic manuals and don't
cost enough to go through the details.

Personally if you plan to do any work at all on your vehicle and plan to
keep it for a while I would go with the factory service manual. One repair
done by yourself can easily make up the cost of the factory manual which is
probably about a $100. www.helminc.com is where I purchased the manual and
schematics for my 96 accord.

Sign in, and do a search at hondasuv.com You use a thin butterknife, and
electrical tape on the bottom edge of the dash for protection.
