Yes.

yes.  Once I had a bad one in the rear and I was advised to forget
about it unless I couldn't stand the very slight vibration of the
steering wheel because of the expense to fix it.  To be honest, I
couldn't really feel any vibration other than what I considered the
feel of the road.  I didn't fix it and never had a problem.  I think I
did fix some of the others tho (cheaper to fix due to ease to get to).
