so you dont think its the tranny like mike said???? i hope not. i got the
bearings and all done like 3-4 months ago

There are a lot of potential causes for a humming or grinding noise.
However, it's unlikely that a bad alignment or an out of balance wheel could
be one of them. Though if someone just had the suspension apart to do the
axles and wheel bearing then that's the first place I would start looking
absent any other information.

There is positively no way I can answer a question like this with confidence
over the internet without actually listening to the noise and also without a
great deal more information. For example, do you hear the noise at idle or
only when the car is moving? Does the noise change when you push the clutch
pedal down?

well i took it back its the bearing they are replacing it for me,and to
answer your question it only does it when the car is moving so its nothing
to do with the tranny
