Honda Civic Aero Deck SRS problem

Honda civic aero deck 1500 i ls vtec R plate, the battery went flat on it
today, called the recovery company they jumped it to get it started again,
now the SRS light is permantly on, any suggestions as to why this is now on
permantly would jump starting it cause the problem ?

Lots of complaints about the Civic SRS light. Take a look at
