My ABS system failed as I was driving the second day I purchased the car! I
contacted the dealer in regards to this problem. He suggested I bring the
car in for their mechanic to review the problem. I took his advice, and
brought the car in. When I brought the car to the dealer, he told me to
come back another time! So I left the dealer, and I returned the next day!
He had another excuse! He said he would have to keep the car until the
repairs were done, and that was a huge inconveinence for me! I had no way
to get home if I dropped the car off and I had absolutley no way to pick
up the car. So I informed him that i would call him when it was convienent
for me. When I called the dealer, he was gone on vacation! So I was then
stuck driving a car with failing breaks! The fourth time I contacted them,
I talked to a person by the name of Danielle. She informed me that the
mechanic was already closed. So I started to get frustrated with this
dealer, feeling that I was being toyed with and I had no control over what
happened at the time. After the fourth time I had given up because I felt
that the dealer didnt want to help me any more, even though the car had a
90 day warranty!

I also informed them about gas fumes inside of the vehicle. That's about
all the problems with the car that I found out. Not to mension the back
right door was jammed when the car was purchased and I found out about the
problem later when I had gotten home, and I felt I should have been
informed of the problem before the car was purchased. The problem should
have been fixed when the problem was found.

June 26, 2005, early in the morning when I couldnt possibly know, the car
was taken by the dealer. The General Manager, Dallas, Claimed I never made
a payment on the car! Then when he found out his mistake, and realized I
did in fact make 2 payments on the car, he was rude and objective when I
had spoken on the phone. He told me he would reinstate the contract if I
made a payment of $1047.00 and $25.00 a day for storage fee. He yelled and
said,"WE TOOK THE CAR BECAUSE YOU NEVER MADE A PAYMENT ON THE CAR." I told
him I had proof that I payed the car. I had 2 money orders that could be
traced to the dealer. He yelled and hung the phone up in my face!

Are you going to tell us which dealer this was so we can avoid that
dealer?

Don't they have a "lemon law" in your state? You have to stay on these
guys becasue they make nothing on warranty work so they are going to
avoid it if possible.

I would have brought up charges of Grand Theft Auto on their a.s and
then went down there and kicked his a.s. People piss me off.
