Sometime the D4 light flashes and the transmission shift from 1 to 4 .Anyone have this problam? need help

My first guess is that the transmission control unit (TCU) is bad.

It would be helpful to know the mileage of the vehicle as well as it's
service history. The Owner's manual says you're not supposed to be
driving it when D4 flashes. When did you last drain & fill the tranny
with Honda Z1 ATF? If it's got anything other than Honda fluid in the
tranny, you'll have to remove it.

D4 light flashes and transmission shifts from 1 to 4. I have to stop car and turn engine off to clear, Sometimes I try to restart car and it does not start I have to wait for approx. 10 mins before it starts. (sometimes it does not work). I have recently change transmission fluid and this still happen. It does not matter if the engine is hot or cold. Mileage is 20014. Please help!!!! I am desperate. Is this transmission or electrical problem

I changed main relay and it still did not solve the problem. Any other suggestions
